Association since 2007

In 2005 the original Commando Association decided to stand down some 62 years after it was founded. However the desire was strong amongst some members to form a new group, the result being the formation in 2004 of the Commando Veterans Association. On the 1st June 2019 they changed their title to that of the original association - the 'Commando Association'.
