Sorry if it's been said many times, but Ryan Price is the famous Racehorse trainer. My father, Albert Charles Green, I believe was in his unit.

Hi Nick
Thanks for Fixing up the picture. When I scanned the photo I wasn't aware that it had been Flipped or Mirrored.
That must have happened later on when I cropped the picture.
My dad would remember Jim Petrie. My dad is turning 92 this year and lives in Adelaide, South Australia.
I will email him and let him know about Jim.
Blessings
Peter H

Pte Roy "Zook"Harding Suzuki
My Father can be seen on the Top Row, Fifth from the Right of Picture. I think the picture was taken 2 June 1943 in Hove.

Roy Suzuki & Jim Petrie
Hi Peter,
A great collection of photos of your father.
On Sunday 12 April 2015, I attended the CVA's Annual Parade & Service held at the Royal Hospital Chelsea and I had a good chat with No.6 Commando Veteran, Jim Petrie. By some strange coincidence, Jim was telling me about his best mate - Roy 'Zoot' Suzuki...
Jim told me that he & Roy were on the PIAT Gun team together.
May I point out that this particular photo has been uploaded back to front - the cap badge is always worn over the left eye and the excess cloth is pulled down over the right ear.
Rgds,
Nick
