Number 119 is my late father Pte Enoch Sheard who was batman to Capt. Dickie Brooke who was killed in action at Salerno. My father fought in the Sicily landings.

My mother just told me the person over the left shoulder of the man front and centre (minus beret) is Pierre de Haas who was a life long friend of my Grandfather Johannes Jansen (also pictured)
