Hello. On the third row (16. L/Cpl E. Smith) is actually Cpl William Francis Smith (PO/x107569), my grandfather.
He died in Southampton in 2008, but was fortunate enough to be reunited with Harry Sale in 2002 after I found Harry through a guy called Frank Darbyshire on a lost-comms website. He'd missed out on all the reunions for the past 58 years! He managed to attend one of the 46RM Commandos ceremonies in Rots during the mid-2000s, however.

The Troop Sergeant Major on the front seated row sitting to the right of Capt Barker is my paternal Grandfather, Alan Michell (not Mitchell). He in 1983 died shortly before I was born. We have a copy of this same photo in the limited effects of his from the war, plus some others from 46 Royal Marine Commando which I will try to add.
