Joined the 'RM Commando' on 4 Aug 1942.
Re-designated RM Commando 'A' and finally 40RM Commando on 23 Nov 1942.
Wounded in Action 18 Jan 1944.
Promoted Corporal 17 Dec 1944.
Returned to UK 1 March 1946.
Released from Service 10 May 1946.
