Temp. Captain Edgar William 'Bill' Bradley, No.3 Commando, received a Mention in Despatches during operations at Vaagso in December 1941.
28 March 1942 particpated in Operation Chariot embarking for the raid on motor launch ML307. Evacuated back to the UK after the raid.
25 August 1951 (Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers) promoted Major.
3 June 1963 retired from military service.
