This photo courtesy of Gary Harvey who adds "His full name was Frederick Charles Banks but he always went by Stan; he was my uncle by marriage. His army s/n was 3863503 and his Commando Service Certificate said he served in the Commandos from April 1941 until January 1946. He was born in 1912 and passed away in 1980."
