No.4 Independent Company nominal roll 1940

Men from the 1st and 2nd Bn.'s Liverpool Scottish who volunteered for Special Service and were posted to No.4 Independent Company. Most of these men went on to No.2 Commando 5 troop when formed. Many took part in Operation Chariot, the raid on the dry dock of St Nazaire.
