1 February 1941 embarked for the Middle East, 'C' Bn., Layforce.
9 June 1941 took part in Operation Exporter at Litani River, Syria.
15 September 1941 transferred to the R.A.S.C. reverting to the rank of Driver.
9 May 1946 released to Army Reserve.
