George More as a young Royal Engineers officer 1939

Colonel More was awarded a Military Cross and bar for gallantry during the war (one for Litani River whilst with No.11 Commando, the other whilst with the Special Operations Executive), and a MID for his actions at Dunkirk, and retired as a Colonel.
