Info update 12 May 2012, Liz Hinze identifies her father, Richard John 'Jack' Higham and provides other photos to support her claim. (the 'Higham' in this photo was previously labelled as Walter 'Higgy' Higham but there were two 'Highams' in No1 as Jack died in 1974 and Walter in 1968. N Collins
