Ex-SBS commemorating the loss of HMS Affray

All the men are ex-SBS and we were commemorating the loss of HMS Affray of course. I am the one nearest the camera with scruffy shirt, next to me is Peter Rawlle, (Captain I think) then comes my partner Gladys Quirk, then Sharky ward, John “Boots” Allistone, next three going round the table I have forgotten their names already though I used to know them well. Then comes “Gillie" Howe, and “Plum” Cotterell opposite me. All good friends and we had a wonderful night".
In Memory of all the crew of HMS Affray inclduding the following SBS personnel who were on the submarine to carry out further training in exiting submarines etc.
