Captain McClair and Captain E. Lunn MC and bar, 2 Special Boat Section

From the 2 SBS memorandum in our gallery, Lt. Lunn arrived at 2SBS on 24th September 1942, after completing a Battle Course at the Commando Depot. He took part in several operations,notably Oran Harbour. Later joined the SBS in the Mediterranean, promoted Captain, and went to S.A.C.S.E.A. with 'Z' SBS.

Lt.McClair was formerly a Sgt. in the SBS. After a short OCTU course was posted to 2SBS in November 1942. He took part in several operations as an officer, and later became a Captain in 'Z' SBS
