Mountbatten & Laycock
October 1941 Commodore Lord Louis Mountbatten was appointed Adviser on Combined Operations. In March 1942 this title was altered to Chief of Combined Operations. In October 1943 Lt. Col. Robert Edward Laycock became Chief of Combined Operations
