List of Names
Hi,
On the first line I'm unable to make out the name beginning Br.. Can you tell me what name this is? I'm wondering whether it is my Grandfather Earl Brady (US volunteer from the 202nd engineers).
Thanks

Christina Findell advises " I believe 280 is my late Father Gordon Wallace Carlyle who served under Lord Lovat and was at the Lofoten Islands and Pegasus Bridge. He always spoke very proudly of his service in No. 4 Commando, and I know it was a great honour for him to do so. He later became Major Carlyle. He is greatly missed as a loving and wonderful Father"
^Admin....280 now identified as Leslie George Woodward. Christina please contact the archive
