The letter is dated 1945 and No 11 Commando had been disbanded by then.

It is not known for certain but there are 2 possibles:

In Memory of 2932497 Lance Corporal David Duff.
Queens Own Cameron Highlanders (QOCH) 5th Bn,
who died on the 23rd March 1943
Remembered with honour at Enfidaville War Cemetery

and

2932101 Lance Corporal John Innes.
Queens Own Cameron Highlanders 2nd Bn.,
who died on the 16th January 1942 aged 23.
Remembered with honour at Alexandria (Hadra) War Memorial Cemetery, Egypt.
