Pat Porteous was awarded the Victoria Cross for his gallantry at Dieppe on the 19th August 1942.
David Style was awarded the Military Cross for his gallantry at Dieppe, and was wounded at Normandy whilst with C troop.
Len Coulson was awarded the Military Cross for his gallantry during the initial stages of the Normandy landings on D Day whilst with F troop.
Peter Mercer-Wilson and David Haig-Thomas, both of C troop, and Mike Burness, were all killed in action on D Day 6th June 1944.
