CH/X107094 Mne. James Thomas Oliver later served in 'F' Troop (Heavy Weapons) of 45RM Commando. His great grandson Richard adds &quot;He served as a Vickers machine gunner and landed on Queen Red Beach, Sword Beach, on D-Day, 6 June 1944. He was wounded around the time of D Day (bullet to foot)&quot;.<br />
