<b>Service circa 1960's.</b><br />
After graduation he was at Bickleigh with 41 Commando.<br />
Dar es Salam with 45 Commando after the African Kings Royal Rifle mutiny.<br />
Singapore with 42 Commando and onto Kuwait to await the Iraqis, who fortunately didn’t arrive...<br />
Whilst in Singapore with 42 Commando he went on live firing exercise to North Malaya and this is when the photo of him as No.1 with the Vickers was taken.<br />
To Bickleigh with 41 Commando then to Aden with 45 Commando.<br />
Back to Bickleigh then to Singapore with 42 Commando and the Borneo campaign.<br />
Last tour of duty was as tour guide on HMS Victory.<br />
