A very poignant letter, of which only the address is reproduced here, where Pte Alan Bradford's sister, Molly, has a letter returned as her brother has been killed.<br />
Pte Alan Bradford, No.5 Commando, was kia on 23 March 1944 when 5 Troop were ambushed by the Japanese.<br />

Pte Alan Charles Bradford, Intel Section, was killed during a Japanese ambush of two troops of No5 Cdo who had been detailed to assist an Artillery Unit that had become bogged down in Maungdaw, Burma.<br />
