&quot;During Operation TORCH (1 to 8 November 1942), he took part in the marking and guidance of American forces to the Algerian beaches.<br />
From 3rd to 4th of August 1943, Operation FORFAR LOVE: reconnaissance of the east pier of Dunkirk’s harbour.<br />
In May 1944, the N°2 SBS is divided in 3 Groups and sent to Ceylon. Sergeant SALISBURY is in “B” Group.<br />
End of 1944 and beginning of 1945 : several reconnaissance missions on the Chindwin River crossings and the Irrawady River crossings (Burma.&quot;]]></description>
