Driver John 'Vic' Brothwood died at 01.00 hrs. 3 April 1941 at Barrhead, Scotland. <br />
His Commanding Officer reported his death as being self inflicted. <br />
Son of Herbert Bertram John and Margaret Ethel Brothwood, of Peterborough.<br />
<br />
In Memory of 5884053 Driver John Thomas Victor Wilfred Brothwood,<br />
Royal Engineers and No.5 Commando<br />
who died age 22 on 03 April 1941<br />
Remembered with honour Peterborough (Eastfield) Cemetery.<br />
