Troop Sergeant Major George Hutton, 1 troop, was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal in recognition of gallant and distinguished service in the field. Mentioned in Despatches 22 Feb. 1945 in recognition of distinguished service in the field.
Post war moved to America and was a Tennis Coach there for many years. He returned to settle in Ipswich, and for several years used to attend the London Reunions at Portchester Hall.
