Bill Aspey, is on the right, at the back. Immediately in front of him in the white vest is Pete Honey who was a POW after the St Nazaire raid - Operation Chariot, and was later awarded the Military Medal for his gallantry on the raid. In front of Pete Honey is Les Wheelan also in white top. Les was also a POW after the St Nazaire raid. Nearest the camera, and without a shirt, is Harry Heaton (who was later promoted Sgt.)
