Julie Wells, daughter of L/Cpl Henry Harden VC, 45 RM Cdo, asked Jennie Barlow to lay the Wreath on her behalf as Julie was herself laying a Wreath at The Cenotaph. Jennie was deeply honoured to be asked to perform the ceremony.
