14764194 Private William John Hall, Somerset Light Infantry was attached to the Commandos from 14.09.1944 to disbandment 19 November 1945. Served in 5 Troop. Post war posted Oxford and Bucks. L.I. before transferring to the Royal Hampshire Regiment and drafted overseas for service in the Middle East. Returned UK 6 November 1947. Released to Reserve List 14 February 1948.
