Martin Linge on the Lofoten Raid

Martin Linge was a Norwegian actor who escaped from Norway and held the rank of Captain in the Royal Norwegian Army. He was a Liaison Officer to the War Office and formed the Norwegian Independent Company which had close ties with the SOE. He was killed in action during Operation Archery at Maaloy on the 27th December 1941. Click on his name to see a memorial to him.
