Ken McAllister and Tom McCormack
Whilst in the Liverpool Scottish at Measham in 1940. Both volunteered for and joined No.4 Independent Company and then volunteered for No.2 Commando where they joined 5 troop. Ken remained in 5 troop until the end of the war ending with the rank of CSM. Sadly Tom was killed at St Nazaire in March 1942. Photo courtesy of Ken's son, and my cousin, Stephen McAllister.
