Trooper Brad Tinnion, aged 28, suffered fatal wounds when he was hit by machine gun fire as he helped lift six Army hostages out of the jungle in Sierra Leone&quot;.<br />

 <title><![CDATA[Sergeant Ivor Swain]]></title>

He was killed when his Land Rover patrol was called out to investigate a reported incident. They drove into a blacked out articulated lorry which had been deliberately parked across the road with a white stripe painted up the side so that it looked like the road itself. In Memory of Sergeant Les Hehir, 29 Commando Regiment, Royal Artillery, who died on the 21st March 2003 when a a US Marine Corps CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter crashed south of the Kuwait border with US and UK personnel aboard; there were no survivors.
