Photo courtesy of Glyn Nicholas who adds, " This photo shows myself with a friend (wearing the beret) from, I think, No 2 Army Cdo. Unfortunately, I can now recall only that his first name was Eric, but the scene was on Mount Hum, Vis, and the ruined building in the background became Bde HQ shortly after this photo was taken, probably in the spring of 1944"

Glyn was formerly in 'E'troop of 43RM Commando until taking up his role in 2 SS Bde HQ
