List of Names
Hi,
On the first line I'm unable to make out the name beginning Br.. Can you tell me what name this is? I'm wondering whether it is my Grandfather Earl Brady (US volunteer from the 202nd engineers).
Thanks

person id
I think my father maybe in this photo, im looking at the back row standing 11th from the left.
My fathers name is, Warwick (wally)Steddy, all I know is, he was in No.6 Commando 5 troop, heavy weapons.
I would be most grateful if anyone could give a positive id or a list of troops names in this photo please.
Kind regards.

Update from Brian Wraith-Mottier "In the web-site photo gallery of N°6 Commando there is a panorama from July 1943. I have seen an original of this photo inside the farm house used by N°6 at Amfreville, France. Underneath the photo is a typed list of all the names of the Commandos in that photo. I presume that sometime in the past the photo was presented to the SAULNIER family by N°6 Commando veterans. My father is shown in that photo and his position on the list of names is correct ie second row extreme LH side "Pte Wraith"
I have no reason to doubt that other Commandos are correctly named. The photo was taken through the glass frame so there is alot of reflection included, but the names can be understood."
