Identification of Trooper.
I believe the Commando -second from left with Tent directly behind him ; could be my Dad. Pte. William Asquith 3 Troop 2 Commando.

Pte William Asquith identified by his son Terence. William served in 3 troop but did live in Liverpool nearby to the location at the time of this 5 troop reunion.

was wounded in action on 29th July 1944 during Operation Healing II. (Killed in action 11th March 1945)
