No1 Commando panorama photo No 327 and 335
No 327 is my late father James Henry Davies. At the conclusion of the war he was a Major serving in Burma/Malaya.
I can also identify No 335 as his younger brother, Alan J. Davies who also served in Burma/Malaya, ending the war as a Captain.

The description for the 1939-45 medal should i believe read the Defence Medal(the ribbon had green for 'the green land' the orange stripe was for the flames of enemy attacks and the two black stripes was for the blackout.)and the Defence Medal should read 1939-45 War Medal.
The Territorial Medal is the Efficency Medal which superseeded the 1908 Territorial Medal.

Great Pic. I believe my Great Uncle Albert Caldicott is No 48 in this line up. Is there anyone that can clarify this? Is there a record of the numbers and the corresponding names?
